  • Buena Park “Spring Eggstravaganza” is Saturday 4/20 at 9am at Henry Boisseranc Park. Candy scramble, live entertainment, crafts, games, petting zoo and more. Pancake breakfast at 8am. FREE to attend.
  • There’s an Easter Egg Hunt at the Heritage Museum of Orange County in Santa Ana on Saturday 4/20 from 9am-12pm. Egg hunts for ages ranging from 1yr to 7 and up. Visits from the Easter Bunny, face painting, and more. FREE to attend.
  • Cypress “Spring Egg Hunt” is Saturday 4/20 at 10:30am at Oak Knoll Park. Egg hunts, crafts, face painting, Easter Bunny, free hotdogs & drinks, and more. FREE to attend.
  • Dana Point “Egg Hunts” are Saturday 4/20 at Pines Park and at Sea Canyon Park. Events begin at 9am and egg hunts begin at 10am. Other activities include a pancake breakfast, magic show, games, puppetshow, Easter Bunny & more. FREE to attend.
  • Fountain Valley “Easter Egg Hunt” is Saturday 4/20 from 8:30am-11:30am at the Fountain Valley Sports Park. Carnival games, crafts, egg hunts & more. FREE to attend.
  • Huntington Beach “Easter Hunt and Family Fun Day” is Saturday 4/20 from 9am-2pm at Central Park Sports Complex. Thousands of pounds of candy, Easter Bunny, live music and more. FREE to attend.
  • La Habra “Spring Family Eggstravaganza” is Saturday 4/20 from 9am-12pm at La Bonita Park. Helicopter egg drop, egg hunts (for kids and adults), vendors and more. $4 to participate in the egg hunt.
  • Los Alamitos “Spring Carnival” is Saturday 4/20 from 9am-11:30am at Little Cottonwood Park. Egg hunt, carnival games, food, Peter Rabbit and more. FREE to attend.
  • San Clemente “Springtacular” is Saturday 4/20 starting at 9am. Egg hunts, games, food, and more. FREE to attend.
  • Tustin “Easter Egg Hunt” is Saturday 4/20 starting from 8:30am-11:30pm. Petting zoo, animal show, pony rides, games, candy, Easter Bunny and more. FREE to attend.
  • The 36th annual Yorba Linda “Egg-citement Hunt” is Saturday 4/20 at 10am at Hurless Barton Park. Egg hunt, games, face painting, petting zoo & more. FREE to attend.
  • Mission Viejo “Bunny Days” is Saturday 4/20 from 10am-1pm at the Oso Viejo Community Park. Carnival games, crafts, egg hunts, and more. Activities cost a nominal fee. FREE to attend.
  • Costa Mesa “Egg-Citement” is Saturday 4/20 from 9am-12pm in Tanager Park. Pony rides, petting zoo, egg hunt, Easter Bunny, and more. FREE to attend.

Earth Day Events:

  • Crystal Cove State Beach is celebrating Earth Day on Saturday 4/20 in Laguna Beach from 9am-12pm. Help with beautification projects such as waxing lifeguard towers, painting signs, beach cleanup and more. FREE to attend. Meet at the Los Trancos Parking lot.
  • The City of Laguna Niguel is celebrating Earth Day on Saturday 4/20 with a “Go Green” volunteer event from 8:30am-11:30am at Crown Valley Community Park. Help improve the landscaping of the 18-acre preserve. FREE to attend.
  • Earth Day at the Bay is Saturday 4/20 from 10am-4pm at the Peter and Mary Muth Interpretive Center in Newport Beach. Scavenger hunt, exhibits, arts & crafts and more. FREE to attend.
  • Dana Point is celebrating Earth Day this weekend with multiple events including a beach clean up at Doheny State Beach, Salt Creek Beach, a Harbor clean up, and more. FREE to attend.
  • The Newport Beach chapter of Surfrider is having an Earth Day Cleanup of the Lower Santa Ana River on Saturday 4/20 from 9am-12pm. FREE to attend.
  • OC Coastkeeper is celebrating Earth Day with a  beach cleanup in Huntington Beach on Saturday 4/20 at 9am at Huntington State Beach. FREE to attend.
  • Knott’s Boysenberry Festival continues this weekend and runs through 4/28 in Buena Park. Enjoy over 75 boysenberry inspired dishes, drinks, and more. Park admission required.
  • The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival continues this weekend and runs through 4/23. Celebrity chefs, culinary demos, seminars, special food items & more. Park admission required.

Here are a ton of Halloween events happening this weekend in OC. Highlights include two ghost tours, the Anaheim Fall Festival and parade, Pageant of the Monsters, and more!   • Dana Point Halloween Spooktacular and Moonlight Movies is Friday 10/26 from 3-9pm at the Dana Point Community Center. Cookie decorating, costume parade, games & more. Movies start at 5:30pm and 7pm. FREE to attend.
  • Ghosts & Legends Tours are Friday 10/26 and Saturday 10/27 in San Juan Capistrano. Take a walking tour of California’s oldest residential street and learn it’s spooky history. Tickets are $10.
  • Pageant of the Monsters is 10/26, 10/27, 10/29, and 10/31 in Laguna Beach. Tour through a haunted house, enjoy music, activities, and more. Tickets required.
  • Anaheim Fall Festival and Halloween Parade is Saturday 10/27 in Downtown Anaheim. Festival starts at 11am, parade starts at 6pm. Games, costume contests, pumpkin patch, food & more. FREE to attend.
  • Boo at the Santa Ana Zoo is Saturday 10/27 and Sunday 10/28, from 5:30-8pm. Trick-or-treating, entertainment, games, costume parade & more. Admission required.
  • Fullerton Haunted Walking Tours run through 10/30. Tickets required, call ahead for reservations.
  • Boot Hill (OC’s most elaborate Halloween yard display) runs select nights in October, in Irvine. FREE to attend but donations are welcomed and benefit CHOC.
  • Halloween Time at Disneyland runs every night through Halloween. Enjoy costumed characters, Halloween themed thats & more. Admission required.
  • Knott’s Scary Farm runs select nights through Halloween. Journey through mazes and scare zones. Admission required.
  • Los Alamitos Trunk-or-Treat is Saturday 10/27 from 5-7:30pm at Little Cottonwood Park. Treasure hunts, trick-or-treating, games & more. FREE to attend.
  • The OC Halloween Zoo-tacular is Saturday 10/27 from 10am-4pm in Orange. Watch as zoo animal receive treat-filled pumpkins throughout the day. First 100 kids in costume get a free gift. Admission is $2.
  • Mission Viejo’s Hometown Halloween is Saturday 10/27 from 4-7pm at the Community Center. Activities include games, crafts, music, maze & more. FREE to attend.
  • Los Alamitos Halloween Festival is Saturday 10/27 at 6pm at the Los Alamitos Race Course. Costume contest, games, & more. Admission is $3.

  • The VISSLA ISA World Junior Surfing Championship, the world’s largest junior surfing competition, kicks off Saturday 10/27 with a parade along Main Street at 10am. Free to attend.
  • Spring Corgi Beach Day is Saturday 10/27 from 10am-3pm at Huntington Dog Beach. Watch as corgi dogs participate in costume contests, talent contests & more! FREE to attend.
