Oliboli is a family-owned business run by Orange County natives who are creative thinkers and serious donut and coffee lovers. The Ispahan is made up of their made-to-order, 40-hour yeast donut topped with raspberry lychee glaze, a dollop of lychee pastry cream, fresh lychee and rose petal whipped cream, and sprinkled with crushed dried raspberries and rose petal sugar as well as an edible rose petal and whole raspberry garnish.
