Here are a ton of Halloween events happening this weekend in OC. Highlights include two ghost tours, the Anaheim Fall Festival and parade, Pageant of the Monsters, and more!   • Dana Point Halloween Spooktacular and Moonlight Movies is Friday 10/26 from 3-9pm at the Dana Point Community Center. Cookie decorating, costume parade, games & more. Movies start at 5:30pm and 7pm. FREE to attend. http://bit.ly/2JiBNkO
