-31st Annual Tall Ships Festival, 9/11-9/13 in Dana Point harbor. Friday night “Sunset Parade Sail”, tour the tall ships, cannon battles, entertainment and more. FREE to attend but tickets are required for the events at sea. http://ocevent.co/1i2dM22

Here’s what’s happening this weekend 8/28-8/30 in Orange County:

The OC Japan Fair is all weekend, 8/28-8/30, at the OC Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa. Food, shopping, sake tasting and more. Admission is $5. http://ocevent.co/1ImwTcz

This is one of the last “Movies in the Park” events this summer: Watch “Frozen”, Friday 8/28, at Harper Park in Fountain Valley. Activities start at 6pm. Food trucks onsite include Dogzilla and Chunk-n-Chip. FREE to attend. http://ocevent.co/1G7q6qG

Admission is free at the Orange County Museum of Art on Friday 8/28 for “Free Friday”. On Saturday 8/29 they are having an E.A.T Food event. The Exploring Art Through Food event is from 6-9pm and tickets are required. Tickets can be purchased online. More info: http://ocevent.co/1MYv1ib
