There are a lot of events to choose from this weekend in Orange County. There are 11 Halloween events, SoCal VegFest, Corgi Beach Day, International “Observe the Moon” Night & more!

  • Laguna Niguel’s Haunted Trails are Friday 10/27 and Saturday 10/28 evenings at Crown Valley Park. Adventure through Carnivale themed mazes. Tickets required.
  • Dana Point Halloween Spooktacular Moonlight Movie is Friday 10/27 from 3-9pm at the Dana Point Community Center. Cookie decorating, magic show, costume parade, games & more. FREE to attend.
  • Laguna Hills “Haunted Hills” maze is Friday 10/27 and Saturday 10/28 at the Community Center. Admission is $10.
  • Ghosts & Legends Tours are Friday 10/27 and Saturday 10/28 in San Juan Capistrano. Take a walking tour of California’s oldest residential street and learn it’s spooky history. Tickets are $10.
  • Laguna Hills kids events “Ghostly Affair” (ages 6 & under) is Saturday 10/28 at the Community Center. Admission is $5.
  • Los Alamitos Trunk-or-Treat is Saturday 10/28 from 5-7:30pm at Little Cottonwood Park. Treasure hunts, trick-or-treating, games & more. FREE to attend.
  • International “Observe the Moon” Night is Saturday 10/28 from 6-9pm at the Nix Nature Center in Laguna Canyon. Join astronomers in viewing the night sky through telescopes. FREE to attend, but you need to register.
  • Fall Corgi Beach Day is Saturday 10/28 from 10am-3pm at Huntington Dog Beach. Watch as corgi dogs participate in costume contests, talent contests & more! FREE to attend.
  • Anaheim Fall Festival and Halloween Parade is Saturday 10/28 in Downtown Anaheim. Festival starts at 11am, parade starts at 6pm. Games, costume contests, pumpkin patch, Dia de los Muertos altars, food & more. FREE to attend.
  • Mission Viejo’s Hometown Halloween is Saturday 10/28 from 4-7pm at the Community Center. Activities include games, crafts, music, maze & more. FREE to attend.
  • Los Alamitos Halloween Festival is Saturday 10/28 at the Los Alamitos Race Course. Costume contest, games, pony rides & more. Admission is $3.
  • SoCal VegFest is all weekend from 11am-6pm at the OC Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa. Cooking demos, guest speakers, marketplace & more. Admission required.
  • The OC Halloween Zoo-tacular is Saturday 10/28 from 10am-4pm in Orange. Watch as zoo animal receive treat-filled pumpkins throughout the day. First 100 kids in costume get a free gift. Admission is $2.
  • The Dana Point Terrifying 10-Miler, Spooky 5K & 10K, and Super Hero Kids Run is Sunday 10/29 at Salt Creek Beach Park. Registration required.
  • Boot Hill (OC’s most elaborate Halloween yard display) runs select nights in October, in Irvine. FREE to attend but donations are welcomed and benefit CHOC.

  • Huntington Beach Halloween is Tuesday 10/31 on Main Street from 4pm-8pm. Costume contests, trick-or-treating, & more. FREE to attend.
  • The Tustin Halloween Howl is Tuesday 10/31 from 3pm-5pm at the Columbus Tustin Activity Center. Costume contest, games, petting zoo, entertainment & more. FREE to attend.
