Here’s some fun stuff happening this weekend, 9/16-9/18, in Orange County:

  • Savor Santa Ana is Friday 9/16 from 5-9pm in Downtown Santa Ana. $10 gets you 5 tastings. There are over 50 restaurants participating.
  • Sunset Serenades is Friday 9/16 at 5:30pm at the Heisler Park Amphitheater in Laguna Beach. Enjoy the sounds of Anna Gliadkovskya Classical Pianist. FREE to attend.
  • There’s a Full Moon Drum Circle Friday 9/16 at Aliso Beach in Laguna Beach. Participation is encouraged, so if you’ve got a drum, bring it! Starts at sunset and runs til 10pm. FREE to attend.
  • Surf City Days is all weekend in Huntington Beach. Surf contests, beach cleanup, VW Bus show, live music and more. FREE to attend.
  • The OC Festival of Ales is Saturday 9/17 from 12-4pm at Center Street Promenade in Anaheim. Unlimited craft beer and food tastings with admission.
  • Orange County Coastal Cleanup Day is Saturday 9/17 from 9am-12pm. There are cleanup sites all over Orange County, find one near you:
  • The Sundown Music Festival is all weekend at Huntington State Beach. This giant beach party includes waterslides, art installations, food and music from 40+ musicians and DJs. This event is 21+. Tickets required.
  • The 9th Annual Pacific Islander Festival is all weekend at Huntington Beach Central Library Park. Cultural Villages, Island style foods, live entertainment and more. FREE to attend.

These are the final “Concert(s) in the Park” of the summer:

  • Saturday 9/17: Horse-Fed Buffalo, Echo Sparks, Tommy Reiser & Friends at Silverado Fairgrounds in Silverado from 6-10pm. Admission is 1 can of food to be donated to the local food bank.
  • Sunday 9/18: Blackball Bandits, King Pelican, Ding Dong Devils, Par Avion, The Reventlos, Paul Johnson and Friends, at Pier Plaza in Huntington Beach from 11am-5:30pm.
