-17th Annual Laguna Beach Plein Air Painting Invitational, starts 10/17 and runs for 9 days. Watch as world class artists create paintings throughout Laguna Beach. Follow the hashtag #LPAPA17th on Twitter and Facebook to find artists locations and times they will be painting. Tip: Heisler Park is always a popular location. FREE to attend.

-Scarecrow & Pumpkin Festival (presented by the OC Model Engineers), 10/17-10/18 at Fairview Park in Costa Mesa. Train rides, face painting and more. 10am-3pm each day. FREE to attend.

-41st Annual Fall Faire and Pumpkin Patch, 10/18 from 10am-3pm at the Environmental Nature Center in Newport Beach. FREE to attend.

-Knott’s Scary Farm continues at Knott’s Berry Farm in Buena Park and runs through 10/31. Tickets required.
