There are a ton of fun things to do this weekend, 6/2-6/4, in Orange County:

  • The 30th Annual Brea SummerFest starts Friday 6/2 and runs all weekend. Event takes place on Walnut Ave in Brea. Live music, rides, games, food & more. FREE to attend.
  • Movie in the Park: Watch “Moana” Friday 6/2 at Lantern Bay Park in Dana Point at 8pm. FREE to attend.
  • Concert in the Park: Enjoy music from the Yuval Ron Ensemble, Friday 6/2
    at the Heisler Park Amphitheatre in Laguna Beach at 6:30pm. FREE to attend.
  • The 70th Annual Lions Club Fish Fry and Carnival starts Friday night 6/2 and runs all weekend at Fairview Park in Costa Mesa. Entertainment, carnival rides, shopping & more. FREE to attend.
  • The art exhibit “Walt and the Flying Bull: Disney’s Influence on the El Toro Marine Base” opens Saturday 6/3 and runs through 8/13 at the Great Park in Irvine. FREE to attend.
  • The 32nd Annual Huntington Beach Concours d’ Elegance Car Show is all weekend at Central Park in Huntington Beach. Admission is $10.
  • Watch some awesome up and coming surfers at the Rip Curl ‘Grom Search’ this weekend on Southside of the Pier in Huntington Beach. Viewing in FREE.
  • The 62nd Annual Laguna Beach Men’s Volleyball Open is all weekend on Main Beach in Laguna Beach. Games start at 8am and go all day. Viewing is FREE. Take your blankets and beach chairs.
  • The Newport Beach Jazz Festival is all weekend at the Hyatt Regency in Newport Beach. Tickets required.
  • The 23rd Annual Studio Arts Festival is Saturday 6/3 from 9am-5pm at Heritage Park in Irvine. Over 100 artists will have their creations on display, live music & more. FREE to attend.
  • The 2nd Annual Jammin’ at the Jetty is Saturday 6/3 at Bolsa Chicago State Beach in Huntington Beach (near Tower 16) from 8am-2:30pm. Watch surfing legends ride the waves. Activities for kids & more. FREE to attend. Beach parking fee applies.
  • The 2nd Annual Mission Viejo Film Festival is Saturday 6/3 from 12:30pm-8pm at the McKinney Theatre at Saddleback College. FREE to attend.
  • The HB Elks Annual Chili Cook-Off & Car Show is Saturday 6/3 from 8am-5pm at Elks Lodge in Huntington Beach. FREE to attend.
  • Movie in the Park: Watch “Pete’s Dragon” Saturday 6/3 at Carbon Canyon Regional Park in Brea at 8pm. (Free parking after 6pm). FREE to attend.
  • “Quilts for all Seasons” quilt show is all weekend at Soka University in Aliso Viejo. Quilts, shopping & more. Admission is $10.
  • The 33rd Annual Tustin Chili Cook-Off and Street Fair is this Sunday 6/4 from 11:30am-6pm. This is the world’s largest one-day chili cook-off. FREE to attend.
  • The 24th Annual Balboa Island Parade is Sunday 6/4 at 11am in Newport Beach. Parade begins on Marine Ave. The theme is “Bridge to Summer Fun”. FREE to attend.
  • The 11th Annual Super Pet Adoption is Sunday 6/4 at the Irvine Animal Care Center from 10am-4pm. Over 600 cats, dogs, rabbits and small animals will be available for adoption. Admission is $2.
  • The 17th Annual “Celebration Of The Arts” Festival is Sunday 6/4 at Hurless Barton Park in Yorba Linda from 11am-4pm. Live music, artist demonstrations, shopping & more. FREE to attend.
  • Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum’s Sunday Concert Series continues on Sunday 6/4 at 2pm in Yorba Linda, with the Musical Arts Club of Orange County. Free to attend.
